| Vista Home Premium 32bit | Set speed for renter? Me and my renter are sharing internt, considering hes not paying for it i want to set his internet speed. Ex. He can use 20% of the internet speed and I use the 80% left. Is this posssible? And i would like to do it without any software if possible, im useing D-link DI-624 router. Thanks! |
