| Vista Ultimate x64 | Remote Desktop Remote desktop running from my Vista Ultimate x64 machine hangs with no response when trying to connect with my work XP machine through a VPN. I can connect to my office VPN and I can ping my Windows XP machine from the command prompt on my Vista x64 machine. I can connect with my work XP client with my laptop running XP on my home network with no problems. I am running ESET Internet Security. I have tried to connect with the firewall and antivirus disabled. This seems like a Vista x64 problem. Please help. |

Also update the Vista with latest patches, sometimes the problem can be caused by software bugs. You can also take a look on this enabling remote desktop in Vista to see any configuration problem.. |
