Vista wireless issues

Hey all,
I have a Belking 802.11g router and F5D7000 card, and you guessed it, having the "drop out" problem. Solution: Restarting PC, obviously not acceptable. After a few days of research I've stumbled accross this:
It's probably nothing as afterall, my OS knowledge is very limited, but it just seems to be odd that my network card has 2 reg files and both are using different IP addresses. Any info would be helpful, I'm really losing hope for Vista atm, been looking for solutions for days now, tried countless things and NONE of them have worked. Only thing I havn't tried is a different Anti-Virus (Using Avast Free). P.S - A cable ethernet connection is out of the question, as is spending yet another £80 at least on a good quality router / card (I use mine for gaming also, never misses a beat usually *Used for a few years on XP flawlessly*) ~Xenoous.
