Internet Access

I want to keep people off of my computer from surfing the web and internet with out turning the computer off. how do I restrict people from going on the internet without having to turn off/on my computer how do I set a password for the internet only. Is there any free software around that can do this???..Thank You

For starters you put a password on your account if you haven't already, and disable the Guest account. Next you only allow others access to the computer on a Standard User account and then you use the tools built into Vista 9Parental Controls) to limit what they can and can't do. In your case you want to stop internet access, very easy to do,



you can set time limits or stop it completely like in that screen shot.
