| Vista Home Premium 32bit | Port25 on Vista Help. After trying to adjust my wireless router to allow a friend access (this is the only thing that changed), I cannot send email anymore! Port 25 is not listening, telnet doesn't work. It's not even related to the router, because I have the same situation at work. I'm using Vista Home Premium, and it's worked for a year now. Anyone have any ideas? |

| Vista Home Premium 32-bit & Vista Ultimate 64-bit both Service Pack 2 W7 Pro RTM 7600 32 & 64 | Re: Port25 on Vista Hi shmookay, Who is your email provider? Most providers use port 25 when you send email, however there are some exceptions, AOL being the obvious one. They use port 587 instead. |

| Vista Home Premium 32bit | Re: Port25 on Vista Thanks, Dwarf, but no. I have two and they both use 25. It's something that happened on my computer. Is there any way to 'force' port 25 open? Or maybe a log that tells what happened? |
