IE7 freezing up on you?

Since early December, I've had this annoying problem of IE7 occasionally freezing up for no apparent reason. I couldn't recognize any pattern to the freezes, and the only remedy was to close IE7 via the task manager. Long-story-short, it would appear that Adobe Flash Player 10 is the culprit here.

Quite a few people have reported this problem and uninstalling Flash Player 10 is working for most. Yes, you can disable the add-on but then you may as well uninstall it. Reverting back to Flash Player 9 seems to be unproblematic, at least with these symptoms - download version 9 here: http://download.macromedia.com/pub/f...9_ax_debug.exe
