Re: sonja

If you open up a CMD prompt and type this line...

netsh winsock show catalog >%temp%\sonjacat.txt

It'll produce a text file called sonjacat.txt, most likely in your C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp folder.

If you can upload that file here (or paste its contents), someone might be able to help you.

Re: sonja

Try this

1.Reset IE and check plugins ->Internet Explorer - Reset
2.Delete browsing history: Tools > Delete Browsing History > Delete All
3. Try reset winsock:

run cmd.exe with administrative previlliges and type

netsh winsock reset
+restart

It could be also caused by some malwares...

Thanks to Flavius for resolving this issue for another user, in another thread

Starting over with this problem, I have vista and this time I did ran the vista recovery disk. It formated the whole thing. I am still getting the problem.
Iexplore.exe assert in LSP g_socket_data.lookup(s)==0 captuer\isp\noisp\wsp_patch.cpp 1313
then is say abort retry ignore, I hit ignore and it pops back up.
What is the CMD promt and how do you get there? I was told to type netsh winsock show catalog>%temp%\sonjacat.txt, I was also told to run netsh winsock reset + restart.
Please help me if you can:cry:

It appears to be a conflict with a IE7 add-on. It appears you have already asked this question in another thread, the fix is pretty much the same. What add-ons are you running? (i.e., toolbars, etc.,)
http://www.vistax64.com/network-internet/191880-iexplore-exe-assert-lsp.html

1. Open the Start Menu.

2. Click on All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, and Internet Explorer (No Add-ons).
NOTE: If you do not have this shortcut, then see: How to Restore the Internet Explorer No Add-ons Shortcut in Vista

3. If this IE with no add-ons runs without any problems, then you have a bad add-on.
A) Do STEP TWO and THREE below.
4. If this IE with no add-ons still runs with problems, then you do not have a add-on problem.
A) Try STEP TWO to see if resetting the IE back to it's default settings will help. If it helps, then just enable your add-ons again in STEP THREE.

B) If STEP TWO does not help, then check to turn DEP turned off for IE. For how, see: How to Enable or Disable DEP in Vista
http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/114310-internet-explorer-reset.html
Try reset winsock
Start>in search, type, cmd> right click Command Prompt, and click "run as administrator"> click "continue"> in "Administrator: Command Prompt" copy/paste the following, then hit enter, then restart:

netsh winsock reset

Your error is related to a bad Add-on for IE7
What toolbars are you using? Google? what else? If you restored from an OEM disk image you probably have an awful amount of crapware on your system. remove any Google (and other toolbar/IE helper objects) from add/remove programs

I tried running without addons and now it won't play the live video at all, how do I get it back. When I go to the manage addons, the Shockwave is enabled, but it still won't play the video. How do I correct this now?
