| 32bit | Remote assistance problems I am trying to use remote assistance. Both PC's are running Vista, I get the invite, I am told the password however when we try to connect the message comes back "Remote assistance cannot make the connection. The person you are trying t help might have closed Remote Assistance." I can confirm neither of us closed remote connection and we have disabled all firewalls. We are using broadband connections with a min speed of 256K. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am a novice. |
