Vista - Network Sharing Permissions?

I've had this problem before, and I fixed it, but now I can't remember how I did it since i'm having the same issue again.

I have 2 Vista Laptops one 64x and one 32x that are networked together. They can both see eachother and gain access to eachothers shared folders...HOWEVER:

When on the 32x machine, I can see the 64's folders, and create / modify additional folders. (Which is perfect)

BUT (and heres the problem) when I go on my 64x machine, I can see the 32's folders, but it won't allow me to create a folder or modify anything - I keep getting "you need permission to preform that action"

This is driving me nuts, it's weird how one computer lets me do it, and the other doesn't. I tried looking in the 32's permissions tab, and set everything I could see to full access, but still no go.

Any suggestions? I know its an easy fix, just can't figure it out right now.

Both machines are on the same workgroup too.
