Windows cannot connect to... (Wireless network security key is not correct)

This is my first time posting on this site, and although I've used many threads to troubleshoot problems before, this latest problem has left me completely stumped and with no leads.

I've been using the wireless internet at my apartment for months now, with WPA2-Personal security and AES encryption. The password hasn't been changed on the router or my laptop, and I can connect perfectly with other wireless internet and networks.

Last weekend is when the problem originated: One night, for approximately 12 hours, my laptop would not connect to the wifi in my apartment. In the morning, however, all worked properly. This problem has presented itself again this weekend, the only difference being that I have had no success whatsoever in connecting to my wifi at any time. **Also of note is the fact that all other computers in use here connect perfectly to the wifi with the exact same information (password, encryption, security, etc), and that my computer actually receives an "Excellent" signal strength from said wifi.**

My laptop uses Dell Wireless WLAN Card Utility ver. A22, software version 5.10.38.30, driver version 5.10.38.26.

Here's the log from ipconfig, if it's any help:

OK, let's try to solve this step by step . what i can see from teh logs that the router has generated an IP address of 192.168.2.26(Preferred). Make a note of the word "Preferred" that probably indicates that the DHCP server is not working fine on your router. The first thing you gotta do is to make sure that you hvae not assigned static IP to the WLAN conenction . Next , configure WLAN utility so that it allows Wireless Zero Configuration to manage wireless . Finally get into teh WLAN conenction properties and remove all the network profiles and try reconencting .. It should work , if not , check the IP address and see if you still get "Preferred".

"I am the last batsman"...:D
