how to fix network discovery "on"

I cant view other network computer with same workgroup.
My network discovery cant stay with "on" status even click "on" .
Would appreciate if any solution to fix.

Go to services console, by typing services.msc in vista search bar.

Find server and workstation services in that window. Make sure they both are running

hi delphin, my server and workstation services was running (started), but the problem still there........ anyway very thanks for your sharing, and i like your slap photo.... hahahahahahaha it was funny dude...... i love it. Thanks man...
