limited connectivity

Hi!
I'm facing problems with my internet connection in my vista. I'm trying to connect internet thro usb cable of my mobile as i've taken subscription of mobile connect. It used to work fine but now it shows as limited connectivity. In pc suite it shows as connected but cant connect to internet. I've tried all best possible options to check the connectivity. Please help.

have you download a driver for the connect?

If you fill on your system specs (lower left corner of your posts) we could know what hardware you have. also what model connect?

My system specs are
Presario C700
O/S - Vista home premium 32-bit
Intel Core 2 Duo T5550@1.83 GHz
Memory 2038MB
Modem: HD Audio Soft Data Fax modem with Smart CP (internal)
When i'm connecting internet IPv6 showes connectivity as limited. I've plug n play internet device (USB device).

Post the model and brand of the USB adapter / dongle you are using.

Also, disable IPv6 as nearly nothing supports it yet. Does more harm then good.

Control panel > network > network and sharing center > click on view status (somewhat underneath the earth [internet]) > accept the UAC > then highlight IPv6 > disable.

Model of USB stick is HUAWEI EC1260
HSIA USB stick
and IPv6 is disabled but still it doesn't work. Internet shows as connected but cannot browse the page as it says host not found.
