MAC address can build by dynamically for statics ?why?

If I understand your question correctly...

Address Resolution Protocol is used to map IP address to MAC layer address. Router has a table of currently used ARP entries. Normally table is built dynamically, but to increase network security, static entries can be added.

Im sorry I dont understand. could you try to explain one more time?

I think you are asking about changing a mac address. Mac addresses are Unique. First 6 numbers are the mfr and the second 6 are the product. They are fixed. You cant change them but you can spoof them

That's interesting. I've hard coded IP addresses, but never MAC addresses.

That's interesting. I've hard coded IP addresses, but never MAC addresses.
If you really are determined there is always a way to do it, but for all intents and purposes hard coded. IP childs play.

As you said, that would be spoofing, and subverting the purpose of MAC addresses.

very true. I think of spoofing more along the lines of substituting rather than changing. But you point is completely valid
