Suddenly Slow Internet

Prior to 7-29-2010 my speedtest.net download speed was consistently above 0.50 Mbps and is now averaging about 0.10 Mbps

Last week, on 7-29-2010, my computer's internet connection speed took a dive. Now, webpages suddenly don't load consistently anymore. I'm running Mcafee Anti Virus 2010 Plus. On this day Mcafee reported finding "FakeSpypro" and immediately removed the threat. That was the first threat detected in months of perfect performance and no complaints from me. Mcafee has detected no threats since then, either.

I have performed multiple spyware scans using several programs. No threats exist on my computer.
