Hello imsooblonde,

Welcome to Vista Forums.

First try unplugging the power to your router, next to where the power chord plugs into the router there should be a small "reset" button, grab a pencil or pen and press and hold it for 5 - 10 seconds to make sure it resets. Then plug it back in and see if it works.

Please go to: http://www.vistax64.com/network-sharing/284688-network-posting-tips.html and follow the instructions there exactly as written and then post back with the requested screen images attached. You may need to move the images to a different computer (perhaps via a network or using a flash drive or copying them to a CD/DVD) that does connect to send them.

Thanks and good luck!

P.S. Just curious, but are you really exceedingly blonde or did you just like the name?
