xbox 360 wireless adapter

ok...im back again....so i unplugged my wireless adapter for my xbox 360 controller and now its not working....i remember it was a lil more complicated than just installing the driver.....can anyone gimme the link to setting this up to work again?....my pc keeps saying it is having trouble and cant seem to sych the remote anymore...but the driver is there
