no internet after antivirus update

    followed the link and downloaded the clean exe file but when i copy it to pc and try to run it i get an error clean.exe is not a valid win32 application

    right got zone alrms uninstalled with the clean exe file than ran the winsock command in CP and i now have no abntivirus but internet works so going to try a fresh install

    Thanks for help got it sorted used the cleaner and then did a fresh install and all is working thanks again

    Great - glad to hear it.
    Personally, I went off ZoneAlarm products back in 2003 when they started trashing everything in sight when uninstalled - I haven't actually seen an installation since (and I'm very happy to keep it that way, thank you)
