Have you checked the cables going into your house for damage. Have you added any new phones or sockets to your phone network. Does your phone loose connection at the same time (no dial tone).
Here we are not allowed to check for line damage outside, that is the monopolizers of all of Australia's telecommunications job Telstra aka The Bogpond.
And no to the last questions, after I done the isolation test's and plugged back in the phone, there isn't even a little white noise on the line. Also no again to new socket's.
I requested a level 3 call out ( a Telstra technician ) comes out to the home to check the outside for line damage, and if necessary will also come into the home.
Tuesday I received a call from my ISP, confirming the call out, and out of no where the Rep said, "could be the server maintenance we are doing, if it gets better give us a call, and cancel the Telstra guy"
So after all of that I have now been stable online for the past 24 hours, it appears the maintenance they were performing was the cause
