Random Disconnects

Long story so grab a cuppa ...

The first time it happened I was told by my ISP to perform an isolation test for a couple of hours (I had already done this), but to keep them happy I did it again. It happened to coincide with midday, and my connection stabilised, ISP then rang back and said swap your filter, so I did.
About an hour after swapping over the filters the internet was on off on off on off on off on off on off.
Just to ensure it wasn't another faulty filter I pulled our home phone altogether, it hasn't been reconnected since
The Internet over this past week has been stable from midday until 1700, except for yesterday. It was stable from midday then dropped out every hour on the hour.
Then from 1800 it was on off on off on off on off on off on off.
I have to make sure it is nothing on my end to date done a complete reset of my modem, put a new telephone cable into my modem/router, swapped over modem/routers, and put in yet another new ethernet cable.

I can walk away from my PC providing it is working, if it is not, I am like a dog with a bone, and I will sit and try to figure out what is going on.
Below I finally started to keep records of the dropouts :-

1140 –
The time now is 1150, woooooo hoooooo almost midday, where I can hopefully get some stability.
There is an upside to this drama, on a Customer Survey I completed, I made it quite clear there internet service was appalling at the moment. I received a phone call from one of there people, who said once a case number had been assigned (it has), that the normal call out fee of $120 would be waived, because I had been a client for so long.
So now I wait the 48 hours out, and as you can see a part of the first 24 hours hasn't been crash hot. Then wait for Telstra to come out.
Okay Bogpond tech came out, the lines are all good, no sound in them. My phone jacks passed (they were new). As is my ethernet cable.
I tried my backup modem/router same result line kept dropping on and off.
The modem router I have been using is a Belkin F5D5630au4 V2, my backup is a D-Link DSL-504T-GenII.
Before I go out and find a new ISP, I was thinking maybe a new modem/router might be the way to go. I ended up getting a Netgear WNDR3700 (N600).
This is under ADSL2
ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
Link Rate 4485 Kbps 792 Kbps
Line Attenuation 54.5 dB 34.7 dB
Noise Margin 6.3 dB 6.0 dB

ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
Link Rate 4448 Kbps 736 Kbps
Line Attenuation 54.5 dB 31.5 dB

Auto
ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
Link Rate 4504 Kbps 789 Kbps
Line Attenuation 57.5 dB 34.6 dB

I have no idea what rate the Auto is.
Okay $250 Netgear Modem/Router, thought I had the problem licked when I bought it ..... online without dropout a little over 100hrs.
Now my Internet connection is back to being a yoyo :(
