    unable to connect to internet

    I am unable to connect to internet wireless. checked the drivers and they are fine and it is unable to detect the networks. It is an Inspiron 15R laptop... Thanks in advance!!!!

    Hi,

    Ensure that the wireless is enabled. To check if wireless is enabled please follow the steps mentioned below:

    1. You can press FN+F2 to check if the gets enabled.
    2. If it does not work, then click Start.
    3. In “Search for programs and files” type Windows Mobility Center.
    4. Press enter.
    5. Ensure that wireless is On.

    Please post the results.
