Internet Browsing Problem

I am currently having trouble browsing the internet with IE, Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. I cannot ping Google but if I ping it from another computer connected to the same network and get the IP I can ping the IP. I have tried winsock reset TCP/IP stack reset flushing DNS stopping and restarting the DNS service as well as many other things. Has anyone experienced this issue. ANy help would be greatly appreciated.

Make a full anti virus scan. If your anti virus is not up to date due to the inability to get on line, use eset.
Free Online Virus Scanner | ESET
The online is free.
Probably you cannot get that to work either, then see if you can get on line in safe mode.

But
If you cant get online, your antivirus will not be up to date. I suggested eset, but then realized that you need to get on line for that one too. See if you have internet in safe mode. If you do we may have a solution.

Do you have more than one anti virus installed. If yes uninstall them. More than one causes problems. The best to use is Microsoft Security Essentials.

I think it does, but the point of my question was that you ran a lot of Anti Virus, I thought that you may have them at the same time. You are suppose to have just one or there may be problems.
Go to search by the start button, type device manager. In device manager, update your network driver. You will need another computer, and a finger drive. Use the finger drive to bring the new driver to your computer.
