I wonder what is it? I do remember clicking on it last year, and it only showed four "people" around it with green color which means it is fine. But, now it adds the statement. I wonder does it happens to anyone too? Does it mean I don't have DNC Changer, but there are malwares other than DNS Charger on my computer as right now or does it mean it is necessary to use softwares to protect against them, in case?

It only tests for the one malware. Generally I find Malwarebytes anti-malware scanner to be a good one that doesn't hose your system in the process. I go with scanners. That's my prefernce as I feel that real-time shields often interfere more than the malware they are "protecting" you from. But it's a matter of taste and personal experience.

Also even with scanners I avoid settings that tell it to automatically delete or quarantine things. Many scripting programs show up in scans as malware. A "false positive" as they say.

I wouldn't be too concerned. The good news is you don't have the DNS changer.
