Solved no connection to WiFi

I need help with this. All laptops, cell phones and tablets can connect to My WiFi/router except the desktop.

The second and third attachment shows the results from the diagnosis which all didn't work.

I then did the "cmd" in the run field in order to release and renew dns but to no avail. That's the first attachment you see.

Any suggestions?

where are the "attachments"? I don't see them posted in your thread.
and what kind of "desktop" computer are you using that has the wifi connection problem?
you may need to install a stronger usb wireless lan adapter so that it can find your wifi/router

I'm not sure what happen to the attachments but we had a technician come to the home and he gave us a new router. This actually helped the connection. He did some other work on the Computer which revealed that we were not in the correct network to pick up our home wifi. We were connected elsewhere. Thank you for your reply and help!
