File Sharing causes unexpected waking

Im using my Cloud computer (Cloud Computer DXDiag info - Pastebin.com) and when ever i put the computer to sleep (it is setup to have Wake-on-lan and Use the Wake Up Frame) it automatically wakes up to no reason, no one accesed it and i didn't touch the system at all. And ive tried Changing Magic, powercfg, and other things and to no avail it makes it worse.

Extra Data:
The Share Drive is EXTERNAL and its a WDC WD5000AAKS-65YGA0 (500GB)
and a ST340016A (40gb) for the internal
The Computer is using a BroadCom 440x Intergrated NIC:
