Hi

I'm a new user and I was able to down load updates at first but the status
says at risk and the down load tab is not highlighted and I cannot down
load.

Can anybody help?

If, in OneCare, check for updates is dimmed, you are downloading an update in
the background. The latest version, 2.0, is being deployed right now and could
be a very large download. If you are using dial-up, be sure to leave the PC
connected to the Internet for a longer time, if possible. Until the update fully
downloads and installs, you will appear at risk due to the fact that you
disconnected while it was downloading. It will pick up where it left off, but it
shows at risk when that happens.
