Backup Documents Folder

How might I tell Backup to only backup the Documents folder?
This is the one I keep all my data stored.
I can't seem to make heads or tails out of configuring the file types.

Thanks,
James

You can exlude all other locations, but you can't specify that you only want to
*include* a specific location. If all of your files for backing up are located
in the one folder and sub-folders, then select all file types to backup and then
use the exclude button to exclude everything else.
