Limewire and OneCare Firewall Conflict

After much effort by an MS Support Specialist, it was determined that
LimeWire changes
the ports it uses with every invocation! Thus OneCare can't just allow a
static set of ports and
have it work. The temporary solution is to disable the OneCare firewall
when using LimeWire.
