Self-blocking?

This morning my computer, which was on all night, was displaying a OneCare dialog
reporting that it had blocked Windows Onecare Live Agent. I think that's the message,
because when the dialog lost focus, it closed.
Viewing the latest monthly report, and latest scan report shows nothing unusual.
Checking for updates didn't find any.
Thanks for any info.

There have been a few reports of this, but I don't know the cause. The reports
that I've seen in the forum usually noted that OneCare was asking for permission
to allow or block the agent, not simply a block, but that may be due to the
settings used.

Thanks, Steve -
Yeah it was the allow or block dialog. I was afraid some malware had learned to trick
OneCare.

If you blocked it, go to the advanced Firewall settings and unblock it. As I
noted, it is rather mysterious that a few people have been prompted for the
blocak/allow. I suspect it has to do with the firewall rules file that may get a
little confused.
