It's possible to mark an application as "safe"?

Hello,
I test a lot of versions from one program, it's always the same file
XYZ.exe nut differnt versions.
It's possible to include this file XYZ.exe in something like a "safe"
list?
Each time (one time each 1-2 days) OneCare ask for permission and I
have 50 entries in the firewall list.

In theory, yes. However, if your exe file changes, it is a new program and needs
approval once again. The program file is recognized via a hash or signature and
if that changes, the program is new to OneCare.
