It's interesting that Remote Assistance is disabled on install as I've seen it
as on for each instal I had. The one thing that changes big time is that you
need to set the network type to Private (Home or Work) or Public and Public is
the default in most cases - complete lockdown.
The problem you are describing was never reported in the OneCare forums during
the beta, that I recall.
Anyway, I'm sorry to read of the problem. I do suggest you touch base with
