I have paid but no activation

I have just subscribed to OCL £37.99 for 3 PC's but it hasen't activated. I
have been running the 90 day trial version for 76 days and suddenly the
little OCL icon has changed from green to red and asked me to
subscribe....which I have done via live ID etc etc.. I even have an e mail
telling me that I have paid for a years service but nothing has happened. I
keep getting messages that ask me to go through the activation process again
and again but I am reluctant to do this. Please help

Since my email for newsgroup posts is public, TS also sent this to me via email
and I responded a short time ago as follows:

Sorry that you’ve run into this.

You have 3 choices –

1. Contact support via the Help Link in OneCare and select that you are a trial
user to get to the email form without validation if the detection fails to see
your subscription
2. Wait at least 24 hours and insure that your Internet connection is not
impeded in any way as the status of your subscription needs to be picked up by
OneCare on your PC when it “calls home”
3. Uninstall and reinstall OneCare after confirming that your LiveID shows an
active subscription on http://billing.microsoft.com
