Tuneup Didn't Defrag Hard Drive

After running Tuneup it stated that 'because of the High volume of
fragmentation defragmentation
was scheduled for a later tuneup' or something to that effect. When I run an
analysis with Windows
Defrag it tells me my disk is in good order and defragentation is not
needed.
Why the big difference in the analysis??

It's not something I'd worry about. Windows Defrag when run from Start Menu will
check first and then proceed if it deems defrag is needed. When OneCare runs
defrag, it executes it in a mode that doesn't check, it just runs. When it has
run for a long time (used to be 10 minutes, but this has been extended) it will
stop and you'll get that report. It should eventually complete without the
message if you run Tune-up fairly regularly and don't have an excessive number
of large files getting fragmented on the disk.

No, in other words, a design decision was made to limit the amount of time for
Defrag.
