Anyone have a P5K Board, q6000, and stock cooling..

whats the safest adjustment that i can do to my BIOS without increasing the Voltage and burning up the cpu? it will let me run at 290 * 9 for about 10 minutes and when i restart it says overclockin failed, reset ur systemm...
and after that, is that all this motherboard can handle without increasing the Voltage? or would another heatsink work? because even at 290 for my Fsb speed my temps are only around 45 C
