You'll shoot us full of holes huh.. or try..

So I've been makin some progress with my new build. It's slowly getting there.. I finished everything but the CPU cooler, and realised I have to take the Mobo out to install that.. so I did that.. and then had to take a TOP of case mounted fan out cuz they were hitting.. thats ok tho, cuz I'll put it back after I get a new cooler.. I'm not going to use the Thermaltake Blue Orb2 for very long. it's not that great of a CPU cooler.. But here are some pictures for you guys to see what I've done. and I'm still tryin to think of something for Vista 64. so thats why I haven't started it up and did it yet..

this is just a cool picture IMO

Painted inside Black, looks good, that white in the middle is actually the Flash on my Camera.

Cable Management went really well, I hid almost ALL the wires completely. That fan you see up top is what I said at beginning. I had to take one out.. it's ok tho

Heres another View, that ugly IDE cable will be replaced as soon as tomorro when the new DVD drive comes from Newegg.com in my mail tomorro. it's SATA.

Overall things are looking good so far.. I really like it. I will add the Video card and the CPU cooler soon, and when I decide what to do with the OS thing. then I'll do it.. and post a picture with the cooler in and installed..

Thanks for looking, if you have any thoughts or suggestions ask away.. I have more pics also if anyone wants..

Thanks Again.

Your cable management is shaming me lol. Mine looks like a rats nest. But to be honest, I don't see much I can do about it. the 9800gx2's take two power cables each and everything else takes what it takes. While I like the thermaltakes plug and play power cables, there are limitations to what you can do and hide with the stuff that came stock with the PSU. I may be able to buy some custom cables from them, but I'm a bit tapped out if you know what I mean. LOL you've seen what I have and know what it cost. I've spent all I want to spend right now........... well except maybe for a bigger monitor lol. Or some 1600 Mhz RAM......... or a QX quad processor........... LOL

ya... get a QX processor... get that.. and I'll take your Q9450... or ur 1333 RAM.. lol. I'm all about taking your stuff aren't I... lol I'm kidding, but if you do get new stuff.. say hi to me

A lot of that Cable Management is Due to the fact the I have a Case that has VERY good Cable Management Capabilities.. It's one of the best mid priced Cases for that area.. Get my case.. if all ur stuff will fit of course..

and oh getting a bigger Monitor is great.. I'm not sure what you have.. But I upgraded to a 22inch Widescreen LCD by Samsung.. and I love it!!!! Thats a must.. now I want one more. or 2 more 19's for the sides.. That would be sweeeet.
