Re: Quad core heading up

Ouch, mine runs (in use) at 47C which is around 115F I think. Is that too hot? I was told as long as it is under 50C it's fine and it's rated up to 70C I think.......

Re: Quad core heading up

116.6 degres to be precise. Im not a computer nerd but do like performance machines, Harleys and Corvetts......... anyway I put up my first build Intel Quad core , 2 500m drives, 2 gig ram and PNY FX570 graphics card. stress tests at 70% I get a warning message that Im at 10%..... I think it means 10% if heating scale left to go .... therefor its 90% hot......... teach me if I have it right, and is that normal or not???

Re: Quad core heading up

It'd be easier to answer you if you provided more information.

For example, when running at full load (i.e. run something like Seti@home) what temperature does it reach? 116 degrees Fahrenheit isn't that hot at full load. 90F is roughly 32C at idle also isn't that hot.

It'd be easier if you noticed that this post is 3.5 months old :P

Re: Quad core heading up

You can edit the settings of the board yourself for *you* - go to your UserCP and then go to Customize Profile in the left - and start customizing.

No kidding, welcome to 1995

Problem is, I don't see any specific options for editing font sizes or such. Unless I'm looking in the wrong spot. The best I see are some skin selections.

Re: Quad core heading up

Hmm, the only thing you an change the font size on is at the bottom, for the controls. I'll as k z3r010 about this.

I could have sworn there was font size control before.
