clock over-charging voltage

Hi Mr GRiM here,

I have a ASUS P5K SE mobo and in the bios in the voltage control section I have an option for clock over-charging voltage. which is set to Auto, does anybody know what this is and if it is worth changing? Is it to do with vdroop or somthing like that?

Re: clock over-charging voltage

This is a bit of a mystery!!!?

i would leave it on auto.... this question has come up a few times elsewhere & the general consensus is to leave it alone...
