How to overclock my P5W-DH Deluxe

Hey Guys,

I have an ASUS P5W-DH Deluxe mainboard, it is running the Core 2 Duo E6750 2.66 CPU, and 2x 1GB DDR2 667 Ram, I have never overclocked a PC before so I don't even know where to start, I was hoping a professional could please help me out and point me in the right direction in how to do this?

Seeing as I am a complete novice the only help that will be helpful is a detailed step-by-step, I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed!

Thanks a bunch to anyone who put in their 2 cents on this topic.

Much appreciated!

Re: How to overclock my P5W-DH Deluxe

that is one of the best guides to overclocking HANDS down, that I've ever, ever read. read it entirely and you'll have some great knowledge and find yourself helping others, as I have after reading it and other ones. lol.

I've helped over 10 people get stable good Oc's with step by step in last month or so.

I don't know much about your board, or your chip, but let me look into some info and I can help you. I'm thinkin around 3.2+ ghz is a good place you could get to. but I'd start with something simple like 3.0 ghz.
