Which is the better way to cooling my ram?

Unless you're really pushing a lot of volts through the sticks and running them beyond their rated speed, "memory coolers" are just another gimmick designed to separate you from your money. If you're stock I would not waste a dime, however, if not, then something like this works: Super Talent Memory Module Cooler Beige Wholesale Computer Products | Hardware | Electronics | Parts

This little toy from Super Talent is really inexpensive, works very well and lasts a surprisingly long time. I've still got one sitting around I used to run on a kit of OCZ VX Extreme. Now a days a lot of guys have come out with similar products, only they're a lot more expensive, for example, you can get the same thing for three times the price here: Newegg.com - CORSAIR CMXAF1 Fans - Memory & Chipset Cooling

However, like I said, if you're running stock then it's all just a waste of money.
