| Windows Vista™ Home Premium | How can i make my Processor faster Is there any way i can do this without have to actually upgrade my compute hardware? i have a intel celeron CPU 420@1.60 GHz now. That is horrible and i deffinatly want to make this better Any help? Thanks, Ben |

DELL = no overclock!! the BIOS is locked, the only way you could do it would be via software like ''clockgen'' or ''setFSB'' but i do not recommend you try this AT ALL! these apps will allow you to change the FSB but you have no voltage control so they will give you no end of BSODs, many ppl have OCed a DELL with success while using these but i think an upgrade is the only logical option... | Windows 7 x64 | Re: How can i make my Processor faster Dell's are horrible with locking their voltages. A friend of mine bought some Corsair RAM (The white stuff with the DHX cooling), but the RAM voltage was too low for it, and he couldn't change it :/ |
