Vista unstable with OC, XP is. I got constant BSODS in vista. The OC is stable I ran 24hours with prime 95 with 0 errors. I have tried updating every driver possible, but the BSODS continue.

Run Memtest86 on that RAM. I had the same prob. It was a bad stick of 2Gb. After replacing it's been running great ever since. In fact, my Ultimate 64 has been as reliable (so far) as my Linux Mint 6 workstation.

Did you install Vista while the PC was overclocked?

It's best to have everything at stock when installing Vista.
