| Vista Ultimate X64 | Re: Can a PSU cause heat problems? I never changed voltage, didn't know you really could. Heres a link to a picture of speedfan, it lists the voltages and temps. I hope one of you can spot a knot with this. At this point I don't really know what to ask or where to go. We did the grain of rice size method, then put it on the cpu and took it off and looked. It spread just like we seen it on the few videos we watched. Imageshack - picsb *edit* Forgot the link lol. |

One thing i would check is that there is enough pressure being applied to the heatsink, i.e. it's being pushed down hard on to the CPU, in no way should it be loose. |
