| Vista Ultimate x64 SP1 | Re: PC Cool Down Tips Toxico-PC Hardware Reviews - Zalman CNPS-9700LED (NOISEY!) It can be noisey. Especially if you turn the fan up all the way, but it does have a variable speed controller that you can physically adjust yourself. The only time I actually max it out is when I want to see how low I can get my temps while the cpu is under high loads. Other than that I keep it pretty low and it does an awesome job, and you can hardly hear it (especially with an Antec 1200 case ).~Tipher |
