It can be noisey. Especially if you turn the fan up all the way, but it does have a variable speed controller that you can physically adjust yourself. The only time I actually max it out is when I want to see how low I can get my temps while the cpu is under high loads. Other than that I keep it pretty low and it does an awesome job, and you can hardly hear it (especially with an Antec 1200 case ).

Im sur if you can afford something as expensive as this and don't mind looking at a super ugly case then this is the cooling solution for you
although i suppose if the looks of that case puts you off and you don't mind hacking up you beloved case all in aid of super cooling you could go for the refrigerated ad-on mod

Overpriced by £300. Try and find a Refridgerator specialist and offer him £250 he'd jump at the chance...
