| Vista Ultimate x64 SP1 | Re: Help underclocking plz :) Setting the maximum processor state does not affect the clock speeds of your CPU. It is only a soft limit on the CPU utilisation. You must use the BIOS (can do it through Windows but I wouldn't) to underclock your computer. I am just curious, why are you underclocking your CPU? Is it a laptop? |
