There a quite a few. I use Core Temp ( Core Temp ).

Use SpeedFan, it's a good temp tool.

Download SpeedFan - Access temperature sensor in your computer

this is good one too for voltages cpu temps and gpu temps , its min/max/current temp/voltage listing can also be very handy
