useing easytune

i am pertty impressed with the easytune programe on my computer. my room is very warm at the moment and i switched the smart fan to diabled instead of being on auto, and the fan speed went up past 3000RPM and the temp of my computer dropped from 50 dergess to 43 and lower.

its a good little way of cooling the system down. now my fan speed is sitting on 2743RPM and by doing this, would i be useing more power?

i would like to know what other people have got with there system temps if that is ok?

Re: useing easytune

These are my temps after about one hour.
You can see the fan speeds on the CPU and GPU.

Your fan speed is fine, it will use a bit more power, but to be honest you wont see or notice any difference.
Hope this helps, good luck.

Re: useing easytune

are you talking about your cpu temp?? even 43 degrees is high off load! id get myself some third party cooling if i were you

EasyTune is OK if all you want to do is turn off fan control , DONT overclock with it though!! I have nothing against overclocking i do it to every cpu i own but never be tempted to use third party software

Re: useing easytune

well i have tried to overclock it once on one level and that was cruise, 2 min later the windows locked up and had to intitate the fail safe defults from the bios, i will never try over clocking unless i upgrade my system OR some who is skilled at OCing.
