Perhaps something like this:

....
Do
{
$name = $objRecordSet.Fields.item("name").Value
$desc = $objRecordSet.Fields.item("description").Value
$info = $objRecordSet.Fields.item("info").Value
$by = $objRecordSet.Fields.item("managedBy").Value
"Name: $name Desc: $desc Info: $info ManagedBy: $by"
$objRecordSet.MoveNext()
}
Until ($objRecordSet.eof)
....

You also may be able to shorten the Fields access to:

$name = $objRecordSet.Fields["name"].Value

but I'm not 100% sure on that.
