capicom update

I recently update capicom through the window update center. My pc has
started to reboot and won't stop. i get as far the welcome screen then
it reboots... ant ideas?

Press f8 soon after boot, and see if you can get into 'Safe mode'. From
there see if you can run a 'System Restore', choosing a point prior to the
update.

Otherwise try the 'Last Known Good Configuration' option from the same f8
menu.

I think Last Known Good Configuration should be the first attempt -
it's less destructive from a change point of view. The LKGC is only
updated after a successful logon - it appears that he hasn't managed a
logon yet.
