get-qaduser to find disabled user

Hi all,

I must find in script IF the user is disabled.
$user = get-qaduser user100
now, I need to insert IF (if the user disabled...)

if ($user ??????)
{ }

I know the get-qaduser -disabled but I can't insert it to IF...

Two options:

1. $user = Get-QADUser -Disabled -SizeLimit 0 | where {$_.name -eq "user100"}
if($user) { ... }

2. if ((Get-QADUser -Name "user100").userAccountControl -band 2) {"disabled"}
