log server stats

Looking for a script that I can start via script that will log server stats
for a given time frame.

I would like to see processor usage, network io,disk usage(how hard are
drives being accessed) and SQL counters like process starts and ends and
users connected to each database.

I would like it to be able to have a timer like capture stats every
15minutes and run for 2 hrs. Then have the ability to put the Log file
anywhere.

Thanks.
