[diagnostics.process]::start("exe")

The above class, must the start method be enclosed with "exe", "batch" ...or
can it be enclosed with "powershelll cmds"

Eg

# can run external command
[diagnostics.process]::start("notepad.exe")

# can run powershell command ????
[diagnostics.process]::start("move-item -path source destination ")

Re: [diagnostics.process]::start("exe")

Hello IT,

You must call PowerShell.exe, try this:

[diagnostics.process]::start("powershell", "-noExit -command & {dir}")
